Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Under no circumstances will you be allowed to exchange your card with a simple change of mind, and a return shipping fee may be charged. In regards to the replacement of defective items, we have put a lot of complaints with the manufacturer, but there are many cases where the manufacturer exploits it, so we can only refund it when you bring the actual defective item. But it's too big a loss for us to cover both international shipping costs. So we will send our customers a 20% discount on the next order I'm sorry that I can't do anything else.
